Q: Do I need to pay to download my images?
No way! Your professionally edited images are delivered in an online, password-protected gallery. You do not have to pay extra to download them and you are free to post them wherever, although I do hope to be mentioned and tagged whenever possible. Talking about me and tagging me is how I keep my business running and it is taken years to build up, so I appreciate it if you don't keep me a secret!
Q: Am I required to buy prints?
A: Each gallery I deliver has a custom online store that offers prints and products I have curated with seniors in mind. This store highlights graduation invitations and announcements you can build without having to download your photos then upload them elsewhere. You can also build your own album or hire me to help. This is all in addition to high quality and fine art print options you can even have framed for you! However, you are not required to use my store. You are free to print elsewhere. Whatever you do, please make these memories tangible by printing!
Q: Where should we go?
A: I believe that location plays a significant role in the overall experience for your senior. During our planning session, we will discuss locations that are special to them or your family and decide if those locations may be viable for photos. If you can't pick, it's not a problem. I have a list of suggestions I can present to you that range from urban to country and everything in between.
Q: What Should I wear?
A: While I do offer personal styling for your session, the most important thing is that you like your clothing, are comfortable, and have taken extra care of your appearance for this occasion! I also recommend choosing one casual outfit (think about what your favorite, non-athletic outfit) and one more dressy option (as if you are going to a fancy dinner).
Q: Can my senior bring a friend or sibling?
A: Absolutely! What is more important to a Senior than the friendships they have made? I have an add-on for Besties, Siblings, and even a quick family shot! You will hear more about these at the time of booking!

A: I totally understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. I typically deliver a small sneak peek to appease that anticipation, then your final images will be delivered in an online, password-protected gallery 1-2 weeks from the time of your session, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Q: What happens if the weather is unfavorable?
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your senior experience and photos. I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

THOUGHTS ON OUR EXPERIENCE
I am a Mom of three (soon to be four) Broadneck High School graduates! I'd been photographing USNA Midshipman senior photos for years, and when it came time for my own kiddos to graduate high school, I looked for someone to provide them with the special experience I was providing my Midshipmen photo clients. However, I was surprised to find that no one in Annapolis was specializing and tailoring their entire experience to local high school seniors the way I do with my Midshipmen senior portraits. Many offered seniors as a side service, but no one was catering them!
From there a fire was lit in me! Senior year is very special. It should feel that way. I remember how I felt as a Senior on the brink of change; but I also know how it feels as a parent when they are about to take the flight out of your nest.
THIS TIME IS MOMENTOUS AND IT NEEDS TO BE DOCUMENTED PROPERLY.
